The staff are very helpful and accommodating. They also allowed me for an early check-in. The place is also accessible since it is near the mall. I would highly recommend this hotel especially if you just want to relax and explore the city at the same time

The location to SM and its central location makes it very convenient. The room was excellent and comfortable. An amazing coffee shop and spa service located on the ground floor. The staff were friendly and professional. The security staff and employee called Henry made my son feel very welcome and went out of their way to make sure his stay was enjoyable. The pool was great to have to be able to relax

We didnt have any issues with the AC, the place itself is spacious, and the have a shower heater. The location is great too on the same building they have a spa/massage center and salon.
